infiniacamps.com is owned and operated by Arvento Edge Events Organizing & Managing L.L.C, a mainland company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Infinia Camps is delivered in collaboration with InfoSkills (KHDA Approved Training Centre) as Knowledge Partner.

For all legal, operational, and compliance matters, Arvento Edge Events Organizing & Managing L.L.C is the responsible entity.

• Cancel, postpone, or reschedule programmes due to operational, safety, or regulatory reasons
• Refuse or revoke admission where Infinia Camps determines it is necessary
• Dismiss any participant whose conduct compromises the safety, wellbeing, or learning environment of others

Infinia Camps operates across multiple locations in the UAE. Programme content, activities, facilities, venue quality, and the range of experiences available may vary by location and the corresponding programme tier.

Each camp location is designed to deliver age-appropriate, developmentally meaningful experiences within its specific context. Full details of the activities and inclusions available at each location are provided on the relevant camp location page on this website, or upon request prior to registration.

Infinia Camps does not guarantee that any specific activity, session, resource, or feature described on this website, in marketing materials, or at another camp location will be available at all locations or in all programme tiers.

Note: Parents and guardians are encouraged to review the programme details specific to their registered location before completing registration.

6. Fees, Payments & Refunds

• Fees are as stated on the website or in promotional materials at the time of registration and may be subject to change without prior notice
• All fees must be paid in full to secure a confirmed place in the programme
• Payment methods and timelines will be communicated during the registration process
• Payments are processed securely; however, Infinia Camps is not liable for errors, delays, or failures caused by third-party payment gateways
• Any charges incurred through bank transfers, currency conversions, or transaction fees are the sole responsibility of the person making the payment
• Infinia Camps reserves the right to deduct administrative or processing charges where applicable

Refund & Transfer Policy:

Infinia Camps does not operate a standard refund policy. All cancellation, withdrawal, or change-of-enrolment requests are reviewed individually, taking into account the specific circumstances and timing of the request. Where a refund is not applicable, Infinia Camps may, at its sole discretion, offer an alternative resolution such as a transfer to a different location, programme date, or future camp cycle. No specific outcome is guaranteed and all decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.

7. Health & Safety

Parents and legal guardians are responsible for:

• Disclosing any medical, physical, psychological, or behavioural conditions relevant to the child’s safe participation, prior to the start of the programme
• Ensuring the child is physically and emotionally fit to participate in camp activities
• Keeping Infinia Camps informed of any changes to the child’s health or circumstances during the programme

Regarding medical care and emergencies:

• Camp staff are not licensed medical professionals. Staff are trained in basic first aid and will act appropriately in the event of an incident
• In the event of a medical emergency, Infinia Camps will make every reasonable effort to contact the parent or guardian immediately
• By registering, parents and guardians consent to emergency medical treatment being administered to the participant if deemed necessary and the parent or guardian cannot be reached in time

Infinia Camps is not liable for:

• Injuries, illness, or incidents arising from pre-existing medical conditions not disclosed prior to registration
• Injuries resulting from a participant’s failure to follow safety instructions provided by camp staff
• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought to the camp

8. Media Consent

At the commencement of each programme, a Media Consent Form will be provided to parents or guardians for review and signature.

• If consent is granted, photos and videos in which the participant appears may be used by Infinia Camps and its partners for marketing, social media, promotional materials, and programme documentation
• If consent is declined or the form is returned unsigned, Infinia Camps will not publish, share, or use any identifiable photos or videos of that participant in any public-facing material
• Consent may be withdrawn at any time in writing by contacting [email protected]

Note: Media captured solely for internal documentation or direct parent communications may still be used, provided it does not include participants whose consent has been declined.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

The collection, use, storage, and protection of personal information — including information relating to child participants — is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at:

By using this website and registering for any programme, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy, and consent to the processing of personal data as described therein. All content on this website — including the Multiple Intelligence Model curriculum framework, programme materials, branding, logos, photography, and video — is the intellectual property of Infinia Camps, InfoSkills, or Arvento Edge Events Organizing & Managing L.L.C, as applicable.

No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or reused in any form without prior written permission from the respective rights holder.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Infinia Camps is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in any programme or use of this website
• Loss of or damage to personal belongings during camp activities or at camp venues
• Outcomes of emergency medical decisions made in good faith when the parent or guardian could not be reached

The total liability of Infinia Camps for any claim related to camp participation shall not exceed the total fees paid by the participant or their guardian for that specific programme.

Parents and guardians accept and assume all risks reasonably associated with physical activities, group interactions, and off-site or venue-based events forming part of the programme.

12. Force Majeure

Infinia Camps shall not be liable for any delay, disruption, or failure to deliver programmes resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, government directives or orders, public health emergencies, pandemics, civil unrest, or acts of war.

In such circumstances, Infinia Camps will endeavour to communicate with registered families as promptly as possible and will explore reasonable alternatives where feasible.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

14. Changes to These Terms

Infinia Camps reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of this website or participation in any programme after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
