Infiniacamps.com is operated by Arvento Edge Events Organizing & Managing, a youth development and summer camp provider based in the UAE. Infinia Camps is a collaboration between Infoskills (KHDA Approved) and Arvento Edge Events.

- Registration & Enquiries
When submitting forms (e.g., camp registration or callback requests):

- Parents/guardians must submit details on behalf of minors

All camp details (dates, activities, pricing) are subject to change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to:
- Modify schedules
- Cancel or reschedule programs
- Refuse admission where necessary
- Infinia Camps reserves the right to dismiss any participant who exhibits behavior that compromises the safety or learning environment of others.
- Fees, Payments & Refunds
- Payment terms will be communicated during registration
- All fees must be paid in full to secure a spot in the Summer Camp 2026
- Payments are processed securely; however, we are not liable for third-party payment gateway errors
- Refund policies (if applicable) will be shared at the time of enrollment
- Infinia Camps reserves the right to deduct administrative charges
- Fees are as stated on the website or promotional materials and may be subject to change without prior notice.
- Payment methods are specified during checkout.
- Any additional charges incurred via bank transfers or transaction fees shall be borne by the person making the payment.
- Health & Safety
Parents/guardians must:
- Disclose any medical or behavioral conditions
- Ensure the child is fit to participate
Infinia Camps is not liable for:
- Pre-existing medical conditions
- Injuries resulting from non-compliance with safety instructions
- INFINIA Camps staff are not medical professionals; emergency first aid may be administered if needed
- In case of emergency, we will attempt to contact the parent/guardian. By registering, you consent to emergency medical treatment if necessary
- Media Consent
By enrolling, you grant permission for photos/videos of participants to be used for:
- Marketing
- Social media
- Promotional materials
(Unless explicitly declined in writing)
- Intellectual Property
All content, including the Multiple Intelligence Model curriculum, logos, and media (photos/videos) used on the website, are the property of Infinia Camps, Infoskills, or Arvento Edge Events, and may not be copied or reused without permission.
- Limitation of Liability
Infinia Camps is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Loss of data or personal belongings
- Total liability for any claim related to camp participation shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for that camp.
- Parents/guardians assume all risks associated with physical activities, off-site events, and group interactions.
- Force Majeure
INFINIA Camps shall not be liable for delays or failures to perform due to causes beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, government orders, pandemics, war).
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
